Meet Mika

As a certified Stretching and Flexibility Instructor, my main goal is to teach you safe flexibility training techniques so you can feel bendier without the fear of injury. Whether you want to feel less stiff, learn your splits or improve your backbend, I know you’ll benefit from my classes.
 

I have been training my flexibility for 7 years, applying it in different disciplines such as pole fitness, figure skating, rock climbing, and more. I have gathered a library of knowledge and made a lot of mistakes on my own journey, so having the chance to help my students and share all that I’ve learned along the way fills me with joy.
